Shipping and delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders shipping to the United States with a subtotal of $65 or more ship free. For orders below $65, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

How long does it take to get my order?

Our products are made and shipped by our production partner. Orders typically take 3–7 business days to process before they ship. Transit time is in addition to processing time and depends on the carrier and destination.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you ship outside the US?

We ship to selected countries outside the US. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging with any seals intact. Because our products are cosmetics and personal-care items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or was the wrong item.

How do I start a return?

Email vitalizemens+shop@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Can I return one item from a gift box or bundle?

No. Gift boxes and bundles can only be returned as a complete set. Individual items from a gift box or bundle cannot be returned on their own.

Who pays for return shipping, and when do I get my refund?

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return; your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no cost to you.

Can I exchange an item?

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.

Choosing the right products

Which moisturizer should I choose?

Oil-Free Face Gel: a weightless gel for normal, oily and combination skin. Hydrating Face Cream: a lightweight hyaluronic acid cream for normal to dry skin. Daily Moisturizer: a lightweight everyday face cream that sits comfortably under a beard or after a shave. Overnight Face Cream: a rich ceramide night cream for normal to dry skin, used in the evening.

Which products suit oily skin?

Start with the Foaming Face Wash, then the Clarifying Pore Toner, a salicylic acid (BHA) toner for normal, oily and combination skin, and finish with the Oil-Free Face Gel. Once or twice a week, the Purifying Clay Mask absorbs excess oil and helps refine the look of pores.

I want to keep it simple. Where do I start?

Two steps: the Foaming Face Wash and a moisturizer matched to your skin. The Daily Duo set bundles a face wash and the Hydrating Face Cream. Add toner, eye care, a vitamin C serum or a weekly scrub or mask only when you want more.

What is good for the body and shower?

The 2-in-1 Hair & Body Wash washes hair and body in one step. The Volcanic Sand Face & Body Scrub polishes away dull, dry flakes a few times a week. After the shower, the Warm Spice & Sandalwood Body Lotion and the Aluminum-Free Deodorant finish the routine. The Smell Good Duo pairs those two.

What gift sets do you offer for men?

Each product page lists the size, key ingredients and how to use it. If you have a known allergy, check the ingredients before you buy and patch test before first use.

Routines

What order should I use the face products in?

Morning: 1) Foaming Face Wash, 2) Clarifying Pore Toner on a cotton pad (optional, avoid the eye area), 3) Vitamin C Serum (optional), 4) eye cream, 5) moisturizer. Evening: wash, toner if you use it, eye cream, then the Overnight Face Cream. Once or twice a week, use the Volcanic Sand Scrub or the Purifying Clay Mask after washing and before moisturizing.

How often should I use the scrub and the clay mask?

Scrub: massage gently onto damp skin in circular motions, then rinse; use it a few times a week on the face or body. Clay mask: apply an even layer to freshly washed, dry skin, avoiding the eye area, leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water; use it once or twice a week and follow with moisturizer.

How do I use the eye cream and the under-eye patches?

Eye cream: tap a small amount around the eyes, morning and evening, from the inner corner outward. Under-eye patches: on freshly washed, dry skin, press one patch under each eye, leave on for about 15 minutes, remove and pat any remaining serum into the skin. No rinsing needed.

What is a simple beard care routine?

Wash with the foaming beard wash a few times a week, towel-dry, massage a few drops of beard oil through your beard down to the skin, then warm a little beard butter between your palms and work it through as you shape. All three come in the Beard Kit for Men.

Body Lotion, Warm Spice & Sandalwood: When should I put on body lotion?

Right after you shower, on towel-dried skin. Massage it over your arms, legs, chest and back, focusing on drier areas, until it sinks in. You can get dressed soon after. See the Body Lotion, Warm Spice & Sandalwood.

Body Lotion, Warm Spice & Sandalwood: What does the Warm Spice & Sandalwood lotion smell like?

Warm and spicy: notes of pink pepper, cardamom and ginger over a sandalwood base. It's noticeable on skin without being loud.

Body Lotion, Warm Spice & Sandalwood: Will it feel greasy?

No. It's a fast-absorbing, non-greasy formula, made for guys who want soft-feeling skin without a slick finish.

Aluminum-Free Deodorant: What does aluminum-free deodorant mean?

The formula has no aluminum compounds. Vitalize Deodorant is made for odor and freshness: it helps keep odor in check and leaves you smelling fresh. It isn't designed to keep underarms dry. See the Aluminum-Free Deodorant.

Aluminum-Free Deodorant: How do I apply a roll-on deodorant?

Put it on washed, towel-dried underarms with two to three swipes. Let it set for a moment before you get dressed. Use it every morning, and again in the evening if you like.

Aluminum-Free Deodorant: What does it smell like?

Herbal and fresh: lavender, rosemary and eucalyptus, rounded out with patchouli, orange peel and ylang-ylang.

Aluminum-Free Deodorant: Is the bottle really glass? Can I recycle it?

Yes. It's a 50 ml frosted glass bottle with a PP #5 cap and roller. Pull the cap and roller off, rinse the glass and recycle it with glass, and recycle the plastic parts according to your local rules.

Vitamin C Serum for Men: Should I use vitamin C serum in the morning or at night?

In the morning. After you wash your face, press on 3–4 drops, then moisturize. That makes it the "glow" step of an AM routine. See the Vitamin C Serum for Men.

Vitamin C Serum for Men: Does vitamin C serum go before or after moisturizer?

Before. Order: face wash → vitamin C serum → moisturizer (and sunscreen in the daytime if you use one).

Vitamin C Serum for Men: Can I use it with the Clarifying Pore Toner?

Yes. Apply the toner first and let it dry, then the serum, then moisturizer. If the combination doesn't feel comfortable on your skin, use the toner at night and the serum in the morning.

Vitamin C Serum for Men: What does it smell like?

A light, sweet mandarin scent. It contains fragrance and sweet almond oil.

Beard Kit for Men: What's in the Vitalize beard kit?

Three full-size pieces: a 150 ml foaming beard wash, a 30 ml beard oil in an amber glass dropper bottle and a 2 oz (58 g) beard butter in a metal screw-top tin. See the Beard Kit for Men.

Beard Kit for Men: What's the difference between beard oil and beard butter?

Beard oil (grape seed, coconut, argan and jojoba oils) softens beard hair and adds shine. Beard butter (shea butter, babassu oil and beeswax) conditions too, and adds a light hold that tames flyaways and helps you shape. Balm usually has more wax and a stiffer hold; butter feels softer.

Beard Kit for Men: Do I use beard oil or beard butter first?

Oil first. Wash, towel-dry, massage a few drops of oil through your beard down to the skin, then warm a dime-sized amount of butter between your palms and work it through as you shape.

Beard Kit for Men: Do I need beard oil if my beard is short?

Yes, a couple of drops are enough. On short beards and stubble, beard oil keeps the hair feeling soft and the skin underneath from feeling tight.

Smell Good Duo: What's in the Smell Good Duo?

Two full-size products: Vitalize Aluminum-Free Deodorant (50 ml glass roll-on, herbal lavender-rosemary scent) and Vitalize Body Lotion in Warm Spice & Sandalwood (270 ml pump). See the Smell Good Duo.

Smell Good Duo: Do the two scents match?

They're different on purpose, and complementary: a fresh, herbal deodorant for your underarms and a warm spice and sandalwood lotion for your skin. Together they read fresh up close and warm overall.

Smell Good Duo: How do I smell good all day?

Build it in layers: shower (our 2-in-1 Hair & Body Wash works), smooth the body lotion onto towel-dried skin, apply the deodorant with 2–3 swipes, then add cologne if you wear it. Reapply deodorant whenever you want a refresh.
